HEALTHY HABITS FOR EVERY MORNING

I can’t pretend that I am a morning person, I love to sleep and could easily sleep in until 11am every morning! Creating a healthy schedule for your morning is super motivating and should be added to everyone’s daily plan.

How I start off my morning:

  • Set your alarm, don’t snooze and get up! I usually wake up, wash my face and put on a little bit of coconut oil before getting ready!

  • I never skip breakfast, it’s the most important meal of the day! Lately I’ve been having my breakfast in bed because it’s just – oh so nice! Make sure to add something you love to your morning routine. It will make you feel better.

  • Read a book, devotional or the bible! Starting off on a positive note is so important, it sets the foundation for your entire day.

  • Create a daily to do list, know exactly what you have to accomplish before your work day starts

These are some easy steps to get your entire day on the right track!
